What Does Museveni Hope To Achieve By Appointing Opposition Members In His Cabinet?

In the list of President Yoweri Museveni’s cabinet nominees unveiled on Monday, four opposition politicians featured prominently and this surprise move has caused a lot of talk and debate in political circles.
